"This afternoon I brought in my Trek 2.1 into your Delafield store. When shifting the rear derailleur it would either stick or skip gears. Your mechanic immediately identified my problem as a broker cable which he replaced. The mechanic then took my bike out to test ride it himself. When he returned he identified a couple of other problem areas. These he took care of also."
