Information Security:

We protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts all of the information you provide to us and prevents outside parties from being able to "see" your transaction information. When your account information is displayed on your screen, we only display the last five digits of your credit card numbers. You also have the choice of whether or not to save credit card information with us in your Online Account.

We sometimes use other companies (third-party service providers) to perform functions on our behalf. Examples include fulfilling orders and delivering packages. They need access to some personal information in order to perform their duties but may not use this information for other purposes.

At Wheel & Sprocket we stand behind everything we sell. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase simply return the item within 30 days and we'll replace it or give you a refund. Wheel & Sprocket not only has the largest selection of bicycles in Wisconsin, it also is the price leader. If you find the same product at a lower price (within 30-days after purchase) from another bicycle store located in our immediate marketplace, we will also give the difference of the prices plus 10%. Some limitations apply - such as seasonal closeouts, prior year products or Expo sales. See store manager for details.  Price protection refunds are issued in the form of a Wheel & Sprocket gift card.

Returns:

If there’s a problem with something you purchased from us, please return it within 30 days of purchase in sell-able condition with all original packaging.

• If you paid with a credit card, you will get a credit back to the same card.
• If you paid with a check, a refund check will be mailed to you after 2 weeks (allowing for the check to clear our bank).
• If you paid with cash and the amount is under $50, we will refund you cash.
• If you paid with cash and the amount is over $50, a refund check will be mailed to you.

Note: Merchandise that was special ordered and not generally stocked in our store will be subject to a restocking fee. See Shipping & Policies in the "Our Catalog" section.

Service Contract Program:

The Wheel & Sprocket Service Contract Program is only available on any new Wheel & Sprocket bicycles at the time of purchase or delivery.

Off-season Tune-ups will only be performed during off-peak times of August 1 - March 10.
